EduMailFree.com operates as a temporary, disposable ".edu" email inbox platform strictly designed for receiving emails. Sending, relaying, or composing emails is strictly prohibited and unsupported.
The free tier of the Service is provided at no monetary cost and is supported by third-party advertising to offset server, domain, and maintenance expenses.
2. Domain Lifespan, Rotation & Availability Disclaimer
Please read this section carefully:
- No Guaranteed Lifespan: EduMailFree.com operates an ephemeral, dynamic network. We do not guarantee the longevity, availability, or operational lifespan of any domain name, subdomain, or mailbox displayed on our site.
- Domain Deprecation & Rotation: Domains used for free temporary inboxes may be rotated, disabled, banned, blocked by third-party services, blacklisted, or permanently retired at any time without prior notice.
- Not for Permanent Accounts: Temporary email addresses generated via our free service must never be used to register critical, permanent, financial, or sensitive accounts. We are not liable for any lost access, locked accounts, or missed verification messages resulting from domain expiration, rotation, or deletion.
- Permanent / Dedicated Solutions: Users requiring stable, long-term access or reliable domain persistence must consider subscribing to our paid PRO Membership.
3. Security, Privacy & Data Retention
- Encryption: All client-to-server connections are secured via standard SSL/TLS encryption.
- Automated Data Purging: Received messages on free mailboxes are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours. Messages cannot be restored once deleted.

9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to:

- Send, distribute, or coordinate spam, malicious software, viruses, or network attacks;
- Attempt to breach, probe, reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any security measure or rate-limiting architecture;

10.3 Non-Refundable Policy & Chargebacks

- Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will result in immediate, permanent banishment of the account and blacklisting of associated payment identifiers across all our network properties.
